Terms of Service

Effective October 7, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to the Fly Transport Inc. website, quote requests, and vehicle transport services confirmed directly by Fly Transport Inc. A website quote request is not a confirmed booking. A transport is confirmed only after Fly Transport accepts the shipment details, price, route, equipment requirements, and scheduling terms.

1. Accurate information and authority

You agree to provide complete and accurate information about the vehicle, including year, make, model, size, modifications, operating condition, pickup and delivery locations, access restrictions, requested dates, and responsible contacts. You represent that you own the vehicle or are authorized by its owner to arrange transport.

2. Quotes, changes, payment, and cancellation

Quotes are based on the information provided and may change if the route, vehicle condition, dimensions, weight, access, dates, or other material details change. Payment methods, due dates, cancellation terms, and any approved additional charges will be stated in the booking confirmation or other written agreement provided before transport.

3. Vehicle preparation

Before pickup, you must provide working keys; remove or secure loose parts, racks, fragile accessories, and low-hanging items; remove or deactivate toll transponders; disarm alarms or provide operating instructions; keep fuel at approximately one-quarter tank or less; and disclose leaks, warning lights, mechanical problems, modifications, or other conditions that may affect loading or transport.

4. Personal and prohibited items

Up to 150 pounds total of personal belongings may be accepted only when disclosed in advance and approved by Fly Transport. Personal belongings exceeding 150 pounds are subject to an additional flat fee of $200 if Fly Transport approves the excess before loading. Payment or acceptance of the additional fee does not require Fly Transport to carry items that would create an unsafe condition, exceed legal weight limits, interfere with loading or securement, or otherwise be unsuitable for transport. Fly Transport may require removal of excess items or refuse loading.

Approved items must be securely packed in the trunk or cargo area and kept below the window line. Hazardous, illegal, flammable, explosive, perishable, valuable, or sensitive items; weapons; ammunition; drugs; alcohol; money; important documents; plants; animals; and contraband are not permitted. Personal belongings are not part of the vehicle itself, and Fly Transport does not represent that vehicle cargo insurance covers them. Any available coverage is governed by the written transport agreement and applicable insurance terms.

5. Pickup and delivery access

Pickup and delivery will be arranged as close to the requested addresses as safely and legally possible. Narrow streets, low branches, restricted roads, unsafe surfaces, traffic rules, limited turning space, or other conditions may require a nearby meeting point. You or an authorized adult must be available at pickup and delivery unless Fly Transport agrees in writing to another arrangement.

6. Inspection and Bill of Lading

The vehicle condition will be documented at pickup on the Bill of Lading or inspection record. You or your representative should review and sign the record and retain a copy. At delivery, inspect the vehicle before signing. Any new visible damage should be written clearly on the delivery record before acceptance, and supporting photographs should be taken promptly.

7. Operation of the vehicle

You authorize Fly Transport to drive, steer, start, stop, load, unload, and reposition the vehicle as reasonably necessary to perform the transport. A vehicle that does not run, steer, brake, or roll as described may require different equipment, additional charges, rescheduling, or refusal of transport.

8. Scheduling and delays

Pickup and delivery dates and times are estimates unless Fly Transport expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, government action, auction or dealership delays, customer availability, and other conditions outside reasonable control may affect the schedule. Fly Transport will communicate material changes when reasonably possible.

9. Loss or damage claims

Report suspected transport damage to Fly Transport promptly and provide the Bill of Lading, photographs, repair estimates, and other reasonably requested information. Prompt notice helps preserve evidence but does not shorten any claim period or right provided by applicable law. Carrier responsibility is governed by the Bill of Lading, applicable insurance, and applicable federal and state law.

10. Customer-caused conditions and excluded losses

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fly Transport is not responsible for loss, damage, delay, or additional cost caused by inaccurate or incomplete shipment information; undisclosed modifications or defects; normal wear; mechanical or electrical failure; leaking fluids; unsecured or loose parts; prohibited or personal items; unsafe access; acts or omissions of the customer or a customer-appointed representative; or other conditions not caused by Fly Transport. Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, Fly Transport is not responsible for loss of use, rental expense, missed travel, lost income, lost profit, or other indirect or consequential loss resulting from a schedule change or delay.

11. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for reasonable costs, damage, claims, or penalties caused by your material breach of these terms, prohibited contents, inaccurate shipment information, lack of authority to ship the vehicle, or negligent acts or omissions by you or your representative, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

12. Website use

Website information is provided for general information and may change. Submitting a form does not guarantee availability, price, pickup date, delivery date, or acceptance of a shipment. You may not misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

13. Governing law and severability

These terms are governed by applicable federal transportation law and, where federal law does not control, the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to the extent permitted by law.
