When you request a quote, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle year, make, model, type and operating condition, pickup and delivery city, state and ZIP code, preferred date, and details you choose to include. If another person will be present at pickup or delivery, we may also receive that person's contact information.
Our website hosting and form-delivery providers may automatically process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and security or server logs. The website quote form does not request payment card information.
How we use information

- To communicate about route availability, pricing, pickup, delivery, and vehicle transport.

The quote form uses a third-party form-delivery service to transmit the information you submit to Fly Transport by email. That provider processes the submitted information on our behalf and may maintain technical or delivery records according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide transport services, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, email, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information you submitted. Some information may need to be retained for legal, insurance, safety, accounting, claim, or contractual reasons.
